What inspired you at the time and what influenced your choice? | I just liked the topics covered in a railway engineering course in my undergraduate study and my railway Professors suggested/invited me to study at the graduate level. |
How does it feel to be in the rail industry? Are your expectations fulfilled? | At earlier times I had been learning, now additionally, I try to contribute to the developments and problem solving voluntarily. |
What are the challenges? | Priorities of decision makers could sometimes be placed on out of common sense track. |
What is a talent? Why the rail industry should engage with talents? | Talent is… a natural tendency without enormous external impacts. Like in many other fields, individuals having «problem solving» abilities are candidates of success in the rail industry. |
