Why did you choose to work for the rail industry?

The decision came when I was choosing where to begin my education. I have chosen the State Transport University and my railway career began.

What inspired you at the time and what influenced your choice?

Railway Sector is a very difficult and complex system with a huge amount of employees worldwide. And I like to solve difficulties because it makes you wiser, educates you.

How does it feel to be in the rail industry? Are your expectations fulfilled?

For sure! You are always learning something new and working with interesting people.

What are the challenges?

World changes rapidly and our Railway Sector changes with it, brings new challenges to its employees. We have to be well equipped and ready for these challenges.

What is a talent? Why the rail industry should engage with talents?

Talent is… a manager or a specialist who is open for everything new, who wants to raise challenging questions and who is ready to find the innovative solutions. It extremely important to have such Platform as Railway Talents because this is the base for the potential, knowledge, innovations and international friendship.
