I think the rail industry is strategic for a sustainable future, so working in this industry is to be an active part of the future. To complete my skills, I would like to have an experience abroad.

The challenge for me is to have a real global politics of transportation inside the European Union.
What is a talent? Why the rail industry should engage with talents?
Talent is… a person who understands the future before it will become present. Rail industry must understand future trends as soon as possible, so talent will surely help to be the first actor in the sustainable future.
