Long-term planning is difficult and full of obstacles, political and financial.
What is a talent? Why the rail industry should engage with talents?
Talent is… the ability to work hard using knowledge gathered from various sources, not only academic, but also from life experience, books you read, films you watch, etc. Only with this kind of talent, in a society that is info-based, can railway prosper and be competitive.
