Why did you choose to work for the rail industry?
I have decided to work for the railways for two reasons: firstly, railway is inevitable to develop the economy; and secondly I just like trains!
What inspired you at the time and what influenced your choice?
Railway employees were working with fun or not. I liked how positively they work for the railways.
How does it feel to be in the rail industry? Are your expectations fulfilled?
It is fun because rail is one of important transportations in the country. My expectations are fulfilled. Currently, I work internationally, it helped me develop my skills
What are the challenges?
Railway company requires a lot of authorization. So, moving things forward in the company tends to be hard. Also, a language barrier is still a big issue for me, personally.
What is a talent? Why the rail industry should engage with talents?
Talent is… a skill for communicating with people from various kinds of organizations, and for finding a solution to remove the difficulties in daily work through communication.
