| How does it feel to be in the rail industry? Are your expectations fulfilled? | Many people believe that the rail industry is “Old fashioned” technology. This is far from the truth as can be seen in many current projects. |
| What are the challenges? | For me, in Asia, the challenge is educating the rail workforce to be able to undertake knowledge transfer from the external supply industry |
