Why did you choose to work for the rail industry?

Railways are my passion, complexity of railway system, has future in combination with high technology.

Good, great satisfaction!

What are the challenges?

Simplify the complexity of making railways in Europe, railways should think more about customers and their needs, but changing mindset by people is necessary.
