TRA VISIONS project is organising a competition for young transport researchers: they are looking for students in their final year of Master or first years of PhD. The competition covers 5 modes of transport, namely Road, Rail, Waterborne, Airborne and Cross-modality. Single students or groups can submit their project to one of these categories and win up to 5000 Euro (first place prize). The finalists for each mode will be invited to the TRA Conference in Lisbon (Autumn 2022) and receive their prizes amidst representatives of industry, EU Commission and other stakeholders of the field.
This year, they are arranging a series of 30-minute online webinar, to inform students of the opportunities offered by taking part in the competition. They will break down the TRA Visions Young Researcher Competition regulation and application process, and provide further details that aspiring participants need to know.
