Why did you choose to work for the rail industry?
I didn’t plan to work for the rail industry. Shortly before I left university I was called for an interview at América Latina Logística (a Brazilian railway concessionaire).
What inspired you at the time and what influenced your choice?
At that moment, the motivation was only to work for a multinational company.
How does it feel to be in the rail industry? Are your expectations fulfilled?
It is amazing! It is quite like get increasingly motivated day after day by the challenges my country and the world have to face in the rail industry.

Enhance railroad mode value by improving safety and efficiency.
What is a talent? Why the rail industry should engage with talents?
Talent is the source of innovation and endeavour we need to address the challenges of a more sustainable rail industry.
