Why did you choose to work for the rail industry?
I have never planned to work in rail industry, but my research interests (concerning civil, especially transport law) have led to my work in Office of Rail Transport.
What inspired you at the time and what influenced your choice?
Efforts to understand the market mechanisms and to reconcile them with the interests of all its participants.
How does it feel to be in the rail industry? Are your expectations fulfilled?
I’m at the beginning of my adventure with the rail industry, but I hope that after powerful start it will be only better and better to learn and observe how the rail market works and develops.
What are the challenges?
To understand the competition in the rail market, to address the interests of all participants, especially customers (passengers), needs.
What is a talent? Why the rail industry should engage with talents?
A talent is a undiscovered area. Discovering the talent gives the strength to take bold challenges in order to change not only the world, but also myself.
