I was “headhunted”. This job gives me a chance to lead a school and centre of competence as well as do business, selling education/training.
What inspired you at the time and what influenced your choice?
It was inspiring that someone asked me and wanted my experience. After 16 years of leadership in secondary school, I was ready for new challenges.
How does it feel to be in the rail industry? Are your expectations fulfilled?
The rail industry needs people with competence in learning.
What are the challenges?
To build a culture where people working with new technology and procurement automatically cooperate with those who are responsible for learning.
What is a talent? Why the rail industry should engage with talents?
A person’s potential to reach further than most others. Talent is a person with engagement and motivation and a special ability to do something well.
