Why did you choose to work for the rail industry?
There are a lot of opportunities to explore and innovate in the public railway sector.
What inspired you at the time and what influenced your choice?
The opportunity to improve everyday life of my community by improving the quality of the transport system.
How does it feel to be in the rail industry? Are your expectations fulfilled?
Every day I try to contribute to change the travelling behaviour by showing that travelling by train is the best way, because it’s more sustainable, fast and comfortable than travelling by Individual Transport.
What are the challenges?
Change the people’s behaviour towards using public transport and increase the use of the train.
What is a talent? Why the rail industry should engage with talents?
Talent is… a unique ability to engage yourself and others into a project. The rail industry should engage with talents in order to ensure technological development and creativity.
