Constant changes in railway legislation at EU level that needs to be implemented on national field.
What is a talent? Why the rail industry should engage with talents?
Talent is… a personal ability, related to specific thematic area, to efficient, logical, innovative thinking and proper reactions. Rail industry needs more talented staff to „complete the gap” (there is less and less young, professional railway staff).
