Why did you choose to work for the rail industry?

As a 6-years old child I had an opportunity to travel inside the driver’s cab in the locomotive… it made, that I had wanted to be a „railwayman”.

What inspired you at the time and what influenced your choice?

I was inspired to join the railway industry since my first journey inside the cab as a 6 year-old boy. The influence… job advertisement.

How does it feel to be in the rail industry? Are your expectations fulfilled?

It is very enjoyable having an impression that my work have an impact on the quality of the services offered to the passengers.

What are the challenges?

Permanently improve the services offered to customers.

What is a talent? Why the rail industry should engage with talents?

Talent is… the ability to combine passion with work.
