Absolutely. You are always learning something new and working with interesting people.

To develop service by increasing efficiency, not only investments.
What is a talent? Why the rail industry should engage with talents?
Talent is a manager or a specialist who is open for everything new, who wants to raise challenging questions and who is ready to find the innovative solutions. It is extremely important to have such a Platform as UIC Talents because this is the base for the potential, knowledge, innovations and international friendship.
