It is good to have a part in sustaining and improving an important part of modern society.
What are the challenges?
The rail industry is misunderstood by society at large and is often placed in a position of disadvantage compared to other modes as a result.
What is a talent? Why the rail industry should engage with talents?
Talent is… inherent aptitude for an activity or a discipline. Those with talent must still be developed with practice and knowledge. Those without the inherent ability may still be proficient as a result of the same practice and knowledge.
